Dermatology 

The department of Dermatology offers out-patient care, intensive care for emergencies like toxic epidermal neurolysis, Stevens Johnson Syndrome and extensive cases of Pemphigus etc.

We offer a variety of services to our patients either therapeutic or cosmetic like;

• Electrocautery of Warts.
• Removal of excess hair in females by electrolysis
• Intralesional injection for the treatment of alopecia areata.
• Photherapy for the treatment of psoriasis and vitiligo.
• Chemical peeling using fruit acids to treat acne scars and pigmentery disorders and to give the face a better look.

The consultants are experts not only in skin disorders but also in STDs, Leprosy and Medical cosmetology.

The department functions closely in association with Rheumatology, Cosmetic Surgery, General Surgery and Gynecology to handle specific problems and is backed up by a fully functioning Urology and Microbiology set-up.
